Once the systems are configured and the information is prepared, the most important and commonly overlooked segment of any CRM journey is to ensure that the individual user groups that will be leveraging the CRM platform are readily prepared and trained on how to get the most from the investment. Zero2Ten takes a two-tiered approach to training throughout our engagement.
End User – Train the Trainer
As the team approached go-live, Zero2Ten will build an end-user training deck and agenda that can be used to provide training to all of the end user community. Unless otherwise specified in this agreement, Zero2Ten will adopt a Train the Trainer approach for end users which rely on the Client appointing a trainer(s) that will be responsible for ongoing training.
Our approach is to lead the first session of CRM training with a group of no more than 15 users at a time. This training is performed virtually via online meeting technology.
The trainers will mirror this session and this session will also be recorded and provided to the Client for future use. Zero2Ten will then mirror the 2nd training session lead by the Client trainer to ensure any questions asked can be addressed.
Provide a series of 2 90-minute virtual training sessions, delivered to up to 2 separate groups, which consist of training on specific key concepts defined by the customer including the basic interaction using the Outlook client for daily activities related to the user’s role. Customer will pick the key areas that end-users must be proficient at and training will focus on ensuring users will leave the training session with the skills to confidently accomplish these activities. This includes prep-time and basic materials needed to conduct the training.
The sessions will be recorded and the video recording will be available for the customer. Trainees must already be setup in their CRM system and have successfully logged in. The Outlook client must also be pre-installed if Outlook training is included;
- Structured Agenda for each session i.e. Session 1 – CRM Intro, Access, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities and Activities i.e. Session 2 – Managing and interacting with your CRM data and Marketing to your contacts through CRM
- Training specific to the CRM implementation
- Follow-up video recording of each session
Starting in the first week of the engagement, Zero2Ten will immerse your designated super users and systems administrator into our Learning Labs program.
