Utilizing our established managed services, help desk and monitoring desk, PLA can provide maintenance and support for UC customers. PLA provides three support options for customers; Silver, Gold and Platinum. Depending on customer need, PLA’s UC Protect can provide the customer one vendor to call for Lync, voice endpoint support, gateway support and contact center support. PLA’s Platinum offering includes Microsoft Premier Support option.
