The solution provides an easy exchange of information (via web services) including customer records, material master, quotes, pricing, orders, and invoicing. Entries in SAP update CRM in real-time and vice-versa, reducing duplicate data entry.

The CRM-SAP Integration also includes the SalesMetrix Quick Quote Enhancement, which enables users to quickly enter quotes and associated line items, plus generate/email customized quote submittals to customers as a PDF attachment with a single click.
