Application Description
Go Gateway for Microsoft Lync provides the technology to link Microsoft Lync Server to a range of telephone systems. This provides Remote Call Control (RCC) services to allow users to control and interact with their telephone handsets from within the Microsoft Lync client. Using Go Gateway for Microsoft Lync, these companies can use their Samsung telephone system and still reap the benefits of using Microsoft Lync clients: benefits like presence, call control, and previewing.
