- The new features that include instant customer feedback,Service catalogues,Customer being able to unresolve issue iof not satisfied.

- Additional Comments
- Software and contract management need to be enhanced to capture not only the initial investment but any other associated costs.Also being able to evalutae contract performance online with vendor will be a big plus
