Application Description
ARC Workflow Platform is a solution for improving business process management, communication and administration within your company. Our product automates information and documentation flow, simplifies task assignment and monitoring.
ARC Workflow may be used to automate both simple and complex processes. Examples of its application include:
- Request and work order processing (e.g. helpdesk);
- Approval workflow for decision-making processes;
- Sales processes;
- Project task management;
- Invoice authorization;
- Automation of highly-repetitive tasks, as well as information and documentation flow.
Key functionality:
- Forms for describing a request, adding comments and attachments;
- Workflow for routing information and tasks to appropriate employees;
- Automatic e-mail notifications;
- Recording reaction time, utilization of allotted time (time spent, remaining time). Information gathered may be used to monitor process costs and can become the basis for measuring productivity (KPI) or contract fulfillment (SLA, OLA).
- Full history of tasks and events;
- Generating analytics with the option to export to Excel
Implementation and administration:
- ARC Workflow is fully configurable for quick and easy deployment and maintenance;
- Thanks to the solution’s flexibility, any new functionality can be implemented at low cost;
- SharePoint groups facilitate adjustment of user rights to the current needs, and enable addressing requests to individual users as well as user groups (e.g. IT Helpdesk).
The software is based on SharePoint 2010 Enterprise. It can also be modified to run on other versions of the Platform.
