The SXIConnector provides a bi-directional interface between SCOM (and MOM) and organisations Service Desks. this solution is based on SXI's Services Integration Layer.
All events are normalised into specific xml docs based on the managed object rules, which are then aligned to the specific workflow within the organisations Service Desk, which allows for direct assignment of incidents and problems without the need for complex workflow rules to be coded within the Service Desk.
