- The professional, experienced trainers! Through the examples they used for training one could note that the training quality came from experience and product knowledge.
- Cons
- To have a branch in Pretoria because I had to drive through every day for a week and I did all my modules through them for SharePoint.

- Loved every bit of the training! The professionalism of the staff member working there is what really kept me coming back for more training. If they say they will come back to you, you can be sure of it. Their client service is immaculate.
