The Caring and Professional Nerds

- Pros
- When you think IT, you think nerds with BAD attitudes and absolutely no personality. However the “nerds” or consultants at Netsurit are the complete opposite. They are well dressed… well-spoken and very friendly. They don’t try and confuse you with IT jargon… they explain the problem in “English”. Now even the non-IT person can get clarity or some kind of understanding of what the red box on the screen meant.

- Pros
- The vibe, the feel, the aura of family and the bond within the company. Having started out as an intern in the company you get to feel the passion that runs through the walls in the No 21 14th Street Malrboro North
- Cons
- Its introverted approach to the industry, obviously they have a target market but seems they not going full throttle at their niche, a little more advertising wouldn't hurt.

- I liked the fact that they never gave up on my call. The communicated about the issue and made sure i knew what was happening with my IT support at all times. Their knowledge of Microsoft products and the cloud is excellent.
