Netsurit (Pty) Ltd specialises in the maintenance and service of IT networks for SMEs (Small to Medium Enterprises). We endorse the outsourcing principle as the most logical option for SMEs looking to optimise their IT investments. Our primary focus is on the provision of “managed” outsourced IT services.

Netsurit has strategically positioned its service offering for companies who have less than 200 PCs on site, a sector largely ignored by larger IT service providers due to the economies of scale required to be profitable and the difficulties associated with SME training.

Netsurit’s head office is located in the economic hub of South Africa (and the continent as a whole), Gauteng. The company also has a branch in Cape Town, servicing the Western Cape province.

The Company specialises in providing outsourced Information Technology (IT) support services, particularly:
1) networking infrastructure services,
2) hardware and software sales and support,
3) employee training,
4) website and database design,
5) new technology implementation and
6) maintenance services to Small and Medium Enterprises (SME’s).

To this end, Netsurit manages client networks through Service Level Agreements (SLA’s). The SLA is the contractual agreement that governs pricing and defines the performance of the relationship between the parties, earning revenue in annuity.
