- Good communication throughout the procurement process. I was impressed with the regular follow up calls and the attention to detail which left me knowing that my business is important to this company.

- They are a company that are always to go the extra mile for their customers. They are flexible and are not afraid to admit that certain things are outside of their expertise, but in the same breath they will sub contract a company that can well do the job. They are truly a 1 stop shop for al your IT needs.

Great service levels with excellent feedback and response time

- They are more than happy to collect in their area (and perhaps further afield) Their response time was quick and they understood that my problem was the most important problem on the planet at the time. They did their best to ensure that my computer was quickly returned, and kept me informed all the way.

- So far nothing. Keep it up Peddy Tech. I will continue to refer you!

- The owner took the time to phone me and explain what was happening. When I called to nag, he wasnt in and I was transfered to a staff member. The guy knew about the problem in detail and was able to assist me as efficiently as the owner. Impressive.

Knows my needs

- They deliver professional service with a personal touch and took the time to get to know my unique needs. As an IT manager, I can say that their expertise is on par with the high level that I demand. It is such a warm welcome to find a company that works with me to deliver the solutions that the business demands. Whenever I need an extra pair of knowledgeable hands or a second opinion then I know I can always phone Peddy Tech.

- To little fault of their own, I find that I sometimes struggle receiving stock on items that I ordered as quickly that I would like to. Having experience in the industry, I understand that the problem is (more often than not) with the suppliers and I would like to see Peddy Tech moving away from those suppliers. If not for this, I would have rated them 5/5 for responsiveness.

- I like that they make the effort to develop custom solutions tailored for my needs without breaching the quality control measures that they put in place to ensure a best practise solution. I have always looked for a partner that offers other flavours of technology besides "vanilla".

- I have been dealing with Peddy Tech for more than 10 years and when ever i have changed jobs, i have always used Peddy Tech! I can send my pc in for repairs and not worry. They are always honest and if something is not worth repairing, then they will inform me. I will always recommend them!
