secure, state-of-the-art data centre.



We perform regular backups of all mailbox data, and rotate these backup tapes to a secure off-site location. This means that all your employees’ business-critical information not only exists on their office PC, but every email stored in their Inbox, Sent Items,
as well as their Contacts and Calendar items, also reside on our Exchange servers. This substantially reduces the risk of your staff losing their vital information in the event of PC or laptop corruption, because your data can be quickly retrieved from the
backup tapes and restored into your systems.



We manage these backups - you and your staff are left with the time to get on with the core business tasks that impact your company’s bottom line. The access options available through Hosted Exchange provide great flexibility for businesses and eliminate the
‘when’ and ‘where’ limitations that exist with POP (Post-Office-Protocol) email. Staff can work from anywhere without the need to set up or specially configure software programs. So whether at work, at home, on the road, off-site at a client’s premises, or
