- I appreciate the factthat they listen to a customer's needs and act accordingly. They will train according to your requirements and their response to your requests is immediate. Their prices are also fair for the product delivered.

- Extremely efficient personnel. Listen to client's requests/complaints. Prompt service that makes you feel important as a customer. Ability to identify additional areas of need and porposals to address that need. willingness and ability to accommdate client request outside of their core competence. they also have the most competent certfied trainers that I have been exposed to.

- Their smoking policy (A personal issue - As I suffer from severe breathing impairment).

- Besides being in the same office park as us. They offer excellent traning by skilled and experienced facilitators. Oour staff who have attended training there all enjoyed the experience.

- Pros
- The knowledge and experience of the trainer. The class enviroment is well spaced. The catering is well taken care of. Lgit generally has the latest technologies available for training. Lgit is well situated in Johannesburg. The pace of the coarseware is generally well set out.
- Cons
- The Labs provided by Microsoft are not always complete and tend to give the incorrect results when doing the Labs. With that been said some Trainers are not well inform enough to resolve the unexpected problems that arise.

- Microsoft needs to work on the Hyper-V content and test the enviroment before they deploy them.
