METROit brings about a new way of interacting seamlessly with your favourite Business Productivity solution.

Based on Microsoft’s Metro styling and new user interface, METROit is an embedded application for the most popular devices and operating systems. A rich graphical interface consolidates information from the Microsoft PPM solution and Microsoft SharePoint Server. This provides a new user experience and unmatched levels of productivity to the end user. Consolidation between your calendar and work schedule is now easier than ever!

Inclusive of all risks, issues, approvals and timesheets that have to be managed, a single view provides in real-time, all project related work so a user can easily see what has to be done for the day. METROit also optimizes your work day by taking your calendar appointments into account allowing you to manage your project work, pro-actively ensuring you do not “slip” on deliverables that are due.

METROit moves tasks directly from the published project schedules in Microsoft PPM to your work today and with the interactive calendar feature you can plan your whole week, month or year. Managing your time is as simple as pressing “START” and your progress will be recorded. When completing a task you simply select “STOP”. Time is booked directly to your timesheet.

Capturing risks or issues is a touch away. Simply select from the start window, pin to your phone or pin to Windows task bar. Add a new Risk or Issue directly from any mobile device, as it happens, without having to carry a notebook around.

The “pin” feature provides easy access to METROit without having to initiate the entire application. Risks, Issues and Tasks are fully interactive, as the background will change colour, depending on the severity of the item that you need to manage. A mere glance will provide you with the action to trigger or not. Filtering capabilities are built into every function, to ensure that you can easily find specific project items based on criteria such as severity.

Timesheet management has never been so easy. View your staff’s timesheets or your own and submit it from anywhere or even approve and reject specific requests as they arise.
