Description

Intervate provided Nampak with a portal based tracking interface specifically designed to assist in identifying and acting upon overdue accounts. This solution was built on their existing MOSS
2007 infrastructure and used the full spectrum of MOSS 2007 features. Client information is obtained from external systems such as the BI data warehouse and FormScape.




The system will allow users to kick-start a resolution process around an overdue account. A resolution process is a sequence of tasks that needs to be actioned by specific users. The system
will track the progress of all resolution processes, however the tasks themselves represent manual activities such as performing a task in another back end systems or make a customer phone call. Once a task is completed, the system updates and resumes the
workflow to continue the resolution process.




The solution will enable Nampak to - Capture a variety of customer enquiries via an online web application and trigger
a relevant resolution process aimed at resolving the client query - A scheduled monitoring system that will automate the creation of queries due to specific requirements, such as unsettled accounts, thus starting business workflows - The system will have a
set of pre-defined workflows designed to cater for each possible query or situation.


4. E-mail notifications informing users of their outstanding tasks that need to be completed - Provide lists and reports enabling users to view active queries and their current statuses
along with user task performance - Audit all user interaction with the system, from who created and when the query was created, to who added information to the query and completed tasks.
