Description
Project Server 2010 Fusion was developed by UMT Consulting SA as a packaged Enterprise Project Management Solution based on best practices. Project Server 2010 Fusion places organisations on a quick path to receive business benefits on their investment in a Project Management Solution based on Microsoft Project Server. This packaged, pre-configured EPM Solution is based on generic project management processes and best practices, and is pivotal in providing you with a quick solution to manage projects with greater control. Since the solution is to a large extent pre-configured, it is quick to implement – No need for weeks of requirements workshops before configuration can take place. If your requirements grow beyond the Fusion configuration, there is nothing stopping you from modifying or extending the solution.
