Resume Parsing:

- Complete control over the list of targeted skills
- Store resumes and cover letters in SharePoint with a link for the candidate record

Candidate Searches:
- Easily search for candidates based on skills, education and other requirements
- Using proximity search, review associates within user defined distance of job location
- Search for stored resumes using Keyword and Boolean Search
- Setup and assign a set of questions to be used as part of application process
- Integrated with job boards for posting of jobs and searching of candidates

Submittals, Interviews and Assignments:
- Submit qualified candidates to customers for review
- Ability for candidates to apply online and update preferences from the employee portal
- Easily track and schedule emails, activities, and appointments
