Pros: CapexPro is the first, cost-effective solution that I have come across which focuses on the entire capital works program rather than just individual projects. Preparing management reports and streamlining processes has never been easier. It really is the way of the future.
Cons: That an alternative to managing major capital works projects using unreliable spreadsheets didn't come out sooner!

Pros: The fact that CapexPRO is a web-based product allows users to log in anywhere - while keeping full control on the security of an organisations data. It appears to be a comprehensive solution at scale integrating lots of different tools and technologies - looks like everyone in the organisation can use this easily to promote data consistency and integrity.
Cons: I can not comment on this... as I can not find anything I don't like.
