- Pros
- The people in the field can pick this product up and run with it - the learning curve is vastly reduced because it uses the familiar user interface of Outlook. The best part is that all documents for a project are now available at the stroke of a button - e.g. variations are not a drama anymore. No matter whether staff are inside the office or outside, RFQs, POs, RFIs are all simple processes with IPM. Meeting minutes are available to all who need them, timesheet recording etc - they've really thought through the Project Management function and wrapped it all into a great product.
- Cons
- none
- Additional Comments
- The people are great to deal with - they listen to what you say and are very responsive to your needs

- IPM does everything that a project manager would love to do with a software and which we were not able to do in other ERPs. It has an excellent user friendly interface and best part was the web user interface which can be accessed from anywhere.
