Paradigm Event Manager is a Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution specifically developed to drive Event Management for Organisations with up to 25,000 Customers; typically Government Departments and other large customer-facing enterprises. Paradigm Event Manager streamlines the business processes related to event organising and customer communication and greatly simplifies response tracking.
Paradigm Event Manager leverages the rich out-of-the-box functionality of Microsoft Dynamics CRM with significant enhancements to:
- Record and maintain the highly detailed customer views necessary to efficiently select event invitees, newsletter recipients and the like
- Deliver a full 360⁰customer view shared across a large number of users in diverse sections, departments, business units and third-party organisations
- Efficiently and simply track responses Store a comprehensive history of event information, and
- Ensure the 98% plus accuracy of customer data critical to effective high volume customer communication.
