With Paradigm Employment Database, Anittel customised Microsoft Dynamics CRM to give Disability Employment Network Agencies a solution to enable them to deliver the "3 Star Rating", or better, quality of service to their Clients and their Employers required for continued funding by by the Department Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR).
By this robust, flexible and customised application, Agencies can not only record all relevant information related to Clients and their Employment but selectively share it with all staff who benefit from ready access to it. Comprehensive reporting is provided by standard CRM functionality and the power of SQL Server Reporting Services. Sophisticated analytics are delivered by Zap Business Analytics for Dynamics CRM for both internal management and most importantly to validate the figures output by DEEWR's EA3000 system.
