- Alert Stratus allowed our organization move off 3 seperate systems for time and billing, resource planning as well as project and program management to 1 solution integrating into one system with excellent reporting capabilities.
Since we already used Dynamics CRM 2011, the interface was 'dead simple' to adopt and integrates with our standard desktop productivity tools.
- Cons
- Probably understanding how to move through the simplest way to use the soluton for our needs as there is a lot of great functionality that we don't need at this point in the growth of our company. However, we will be utilizing it going forward.
- Additional Comments
- Alert Stratus is a straight forward group to deal with and they say what they will do and then they execute on it. It is a great experience overall.
