Application Description
WorldOf is a destination information application developed by Infusion for use on Microsoft Surface. Users navigate a 3D model of the Earth or other spatial environment and select specific destinations to:
- Receive event and attraction details
- View videos
- Learn interesting facts about highlighted locations
- Read selected news or product information
- Partake in trivia and other games
- Interact with your brand in an entirely new way
WorldOf delivers a unique experience to your customers, allowing them to interact closely with your brand as they experience the world. Users physically “grab” digital information with their hands, interacting with content by touch and gesture. Customers are able to use both hands to reach and interact with dozens of on-screen and real-world items at once. Multiple users are able to collaboratively interact and share data with each other. When placed upon the Surface, your product or any wireless or specially tagged object can interact to transfer data, add content, or perform any number of other programmed activities.
The Infusion business analysts and User Experience team will work closely with key stakeholders to better understand your customer’s expectations and identify how to best deploy the WorldOf application to target your key demographics. By leveraging the application and fitting it to your organization’s needs, your clients can discover an entirely new customer service experience with Microsoft Surface.
