Pros: Greatly helped with user adoption of CRM.
Cons: Need to have a think about how you want to deploy it. Worth speaking to a consultant for a bit to understand what it will and won't do. Not lighting quick but accpetable.
Additional Comments: Overall a worthwile purchase, easy to install and configure and good support.
