Pros: The slick integration with Microsoft Outlook and flexible project administration makes timesheet entry simple and rapid. The 'one click' invoicing capability dramatically reduces administration time.
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Customers are amazed by the Outlook timesheet integration which seamlessly brings together CRM, PSA and outlook data. The quality of the interface is fantastic and makes previously cumbersome project administration slick and intuitive. Add to this the new features of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and you have a solution which is an absolute must for Professional Services organisations.
