Our Bronze package is competitively priced on a “per user” per month basis keeping your Desktops, Laptops, Printers and Servers running with unlimited phone and remote support.
Our Support staff are the very best. We do not have frustratingly low skilled “1st line” helpdesk staff reading from a script simply in order to hit SLA targets. Why shouldn’t your staff have immediate access to someone (on first name terms) capable of dealing with their problems without the tedium of having to endlessly “escalate” to more knowledgeable employees? To that end we don’t have 1st Line engineers, we provide 2nd and 3rd only!
