- Pros
- We were aware we needed to update our current CRM system in order to maximise opportunities from within our customer base. We wanted a solution that would integrate with our existing business systems and give us high visibility of our customers’ buying behaviour, so we could make more informed decisions on sales and marketing activity.
- Cons
- User adoption has been tough, but we are getting there.

- Pros
- We decided to research the market for a solution which could improve sales efficiencies and integrate with our existing systems such as Microsoft Outlook. We needed an efficient Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system but didn’t want to make a major investment in replacing our existing IT infrastructure and systems
