- Pros
- We have been using CRM 4 to manage our customer database for over a year now and are very pleased with it. We are able to monitor our marketing campaigns and promotions, enabling us to see which customers are repeat customers and when we gain new customers from emails sent through CRM.
- Cons
- I wish we had started using CRM sooner!
