secure2trust: Enterprise Rights Management to Protect your Document Content
secure2trust is an award winning access and content control platform for your enterprise content.
secure2trust will allow you to control:
Who accesses your content
What they can do with the content after access
The approval process of the content using digital signatures
secure2trust integrates with your enterprise authentication systems such as Active Directory and digital certificates to ensure that your sensitive information and intellectual property is only accessed by the correct persons. After access, secure2trust controls what those persons can do with the content, for example, prevent printing, prevent copying (including screen capture) and control the access dates to the content.
The secure2trust desktop client is an easy product to install and use. You could be protecting documents within minutes. No license server is required making installation very fast and simple to undertake.
secure2trust has leapt ahead of other Enterprise Rights Management software, providing unparalleled access control options including a unique combined authentication feature. As well as flexible restriction options secure2trust also provides document signing, and allows multiple digital signatures to be placed on electronic documents. secure2trust enables individuals, small to large businesses, and enterprises to secure and control their information.
secure2trust works out of the box with joint US/UK certified T scheme digital certificates and Identrust banking digital certificates. Supporting two factor authentication - chip and pin - for both access and signing of documents.
secure2trust is applicable to all sectors and industries. It can be easily deployed to a few or millions of users and is higly scalable.
