Pros
Outsourcery enabled our Oracle system to integrate with our Dynamics CRM. This has enabled our sales force to view the status of their existing customers before contacting them, such as outstanding balance, any issues raised, order raised etc. This enables us to be more professional and work in real time.
Cons
It took a while to set up, but Outsourcery kept us informed the whole time.
