Strategic Account Planning:
ConsultCRM’s Strategic Account Planning Module is an application that helps sales managers and executives collaborate, plan, and manage goals and strategies for penetrating strategic accounts.
ConsultCRM’s Strategic Account Planning is used by both sales managers and executives for creating and managing account plans and the associated strategies and execution tactics for these plans. Typically, the planning process is performed 1-2 times per year and is used only for strategic accounts where a company makes the decision to proactively target an account.
The Event Management Accelerator from ConsultCRM gives organisations the ability to manage the planning, execution, tracking and reporting requirements for events. This solution is built on top of the Campaigns Management functionality within the Marketing Section of Microsoft CRM v4. An extra component of the event management accelerator is the web registration portal that ConsultCRM can deploy to allow web registration for their events and track these registrations in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
