Field Sales Application that enables the sales workforce to enter sales orders from customer’s location. The application is integrated directly with the respective back office systems, enabling a field based user to view and update information through their smartphone regardless of their location.

There are two main components involved – Windows application for mobile and Web component:

Smartphone application included the following screens/features:

- Login
- Barcode scanning
- Product selection
- New account creation
- Product info and add to order
- Merchandise search
- Order confirmation

Web component for this application included the following screens/features:

- User management
- Login
- Data exchange page
- Create orders
- Screen for configuring the scheduler

Scheduled data synchronization components involved:

- Fetch master data
- Push order / new customer data

The sales personnel’s smartphone is integrated with a barcode scanner.
