LS Omni is a set of applications bringing mobility and eCommerce to existing LS Retail solutions, both in Retail and Hospitality. It allows retailers to reach out to their customers through multiple touch-points, allowing the customers to approach the retailer through their chosen touch point, wherever and whenever.
The Omni products include:
• Mobile POS – improving the in-store personal service in purchasing and experience by accepting any form of payment, anywhere and at any time, from any mobile device
• eCommerce - launch the retail store into the world of online shopping, helping you sell whenever and wherever, and reach a whole new audience
• Mobile loyalty - treat your customer’s mobile phone as a mobile loyalty card, by rewarding them and drive more business
• Mobile inventory - extending inventory management to mobile devices to save hours of staff time and improve store operations
