Add electronic payment capability to your Financial Management system with EFT for Microsoft Dynamics NAV. This add-on automates electronic funds transfer to streamline your banking.

Using the EFT add-on, the payment process would be:
- Automatically generate the EFT payment file;
- Upload this file to your chosen bank via the bank's own interfacing software;
- On acknowledgement of the successful processing of the EFT file from your bank, post the payment journal;
- For each vendor or payment, automatically generate the corresponding remittance advice as a pdf and covering email and send to the nominated contact.

Benefits of using this EFT Add-on for NAV include:
- Secure generation of the EFT file;
- The format of the EFT file is configurable, so it will work with any bank;
- The EFT file can be regenerated;
- Remittance advices can be recreated, reprinted and/or resent via email;
- The covering emails can be personalised for each vendor or payment by including details from the remittance advice.

The EFT Add-on for NAV works with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009, Microsoft Dynamics 5 and Microsoft Dynamics 4.
