Application Description
In the Microsoft Enterprise Project Management solution, Project Managers determine when to publish a saved project. Unfortunately, for many organizations, this means that some data in the Project Server database is not up to date because Project Managers may save their projects, but forget to publish them resulting in out of date reports and program/project information in PWA. This utility resolves that issue by allowing a Program Manager or Administrator (or anyone with appropriate permissions) to define when projects should be published (typically overnight).
