The BrightWork product delivers best practice templates and reporting dashboards out of the box, that enable team members and project managers to organize and manage their work and projects, while providing senior managers with visibility across portfolios.
BrightWork 11 unveils the new Template Design Sync, a revolutionary new feature that enables customers to make design changes to a BrightWork template (e.g. add a new list, library or view, change a Quick Launch, change a site Home page, etc.) and pull those changes into a live project site created from the template. Unmatched design items can also be removed from the destination site. In addition, the Template Design Sync allows customers to modify their project management processes in the template and then, as needed, apply the new process changes to existing projects.
New and enhanced reporting capabilities include:
1. Personal Reports with the ability to not only define the columns, grouping and sorting that appear in a permanent personal report, but also the ability to easily create cross-site report filters for the personal report
2. In-report dynamic-column sorting and filtering
3. Report Distribution options now available on the Reporter Tools Ribbon
BrightWork 11 also introduces BrightWork in French, add to the growing list of languages supported.
