Pros
My team has been looking for a easy to implement financial services solution for our onpremise deployment of MSFTCRM. We are looking to upgrade and our current deployment is customized, and a frankly mess... We are a mid-sized regional firm, and were evaluating various solutions. We have downloaded several different options from Pinpoint and have a trial of the SF.COM environment. The Customer Effective FinServ solution is the most popular with the users. We set-up a couple demo environments and FINSERV was the easiest to set-up, learn and our technical staff believe it will be the easiest to configure and fine-tune to our internal processes. The end-users were very happy with how easy it is to use, and learn with little additional training, and are excited about all of the new features in CRM2013!
Cons
We are like a lot of firms of our size and have a highly integrated client services (John Henry Associate) and marketing system (Unica)and know that this solution will address a lot of our core business requirements and should be easy to train our users on. I am worried that our users will get too many ideas and be disappointed that we cannot quickly build out the additional functionality they have been asking for years - because most of their processes are available in the Customer Effective FinServ solution for MSFTCRM. I wish I had a magic-wand to eliminate all the other technical tasks surrounding with upgrading and implementing MSFTCRM2013 (or any-other software packages.) We have a small technical staff and think by working with the experienced consultants from Customer Effective (now Hitatchi Solutions) will get us out of the gate so much faster than if we started with a net-new install and a consulting group that have not done this before.
Additional Comments
We realize that there we will have to integrate our back-end systems, the good news is our integrations and data mappings are really similar to the reference model provided by Customer Effective. We recognize that there will some customizations, reports, dashboards and integrations needed, but this would be the case, if we stayed with the old CRM and upgraded or went with one of the other finserv software companies or doing a new implementation with a MSFTCRM competitor. Looking forward to our new implementation based of the Customer Effective FinServ solution.

Fast Track for Financial Services

Pros
The best part is being able to cut the implementation timeline down. The technical experience as well as the industry expertise to have intelligent conversations around how WE work and what sets us apart. We spent time fine-tuning to our processes rather than having to explain our business to the team.

Pros
It is obvious that the team behind Capital Effective knows the financial services industry well - the way they have built and customized this solution for the FinServ market proves it. You get the same knowledge, experience and expertise from the team at Customer Effective, only it's applied specifically to the needs of those in the Financial Services industry.

CRM for a Financial Services Firm

Pros
The team at Customer Effective clearly understands the Financial Services market. They know how to work with a company to understand how to deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The fact they they have templates, add-ons, and IP that are specific to the Financial Services market thru their Capital Effective offering is an added bonus. A good majority of their delivery team has a Financial Services background
Cons
Nothing at this time. I look forward to seeing them add more solutions to their porfolio.
