Pros

I needed an easy and cheap way to send secure messages to my clients. My business often requires me to communicate account passwords and other personal information back and forth and I don't want to interrupt my work by picking up the phone every time. I stumbled across this website and decided to try the software since they let you send quite a few e-mails for free before you have to start paying. I really like how easy it is to choose what options I want in my message. Sometimes I need encryption, sometimes I just want to know when the message was opened so I can follow up with a call. It's always worked great for me without any hitches for the clients I use it with. And it's very cheap -- just pennies per message.

Cons

The biggest obstacle to using it as much as I'd like is that the person I am sending the message to has to also have an ePostal account and software. And the software only works with Outlook. So any clients who want to use their gmail or yahoo accounts have to set up Outlook to pull the mail from those inboxes, etc., and not everyone wants to bother with that. So I still need to call those people.

Overall, I've been very happy with ePostal and hope they expand their service to other email clients besides Outlook.
