A constant challenge for companies implementing the EPM solution is to ensure that up-to-date documentation is maintained constantly and accurately. Typically, this is a time-consuming process for administrators and, therefore, often gets forgotten or left to a more convenient time. Frequently, other priorities mean that the documentation is inaccurate or incorrect when it needs to be referred to for support or trouble-shooting purposes. This utility removes the burden of maintaining and documenting an EPM solution because it interrogates the current Project Server system and exports all relevant information to an Excel spreadsheet. The utility is quick to run and can be utilized whenever the documentation needs to be updated or reproduced.
