The MIP is a Business Intelligence Portal for measuring and monitoring IT infrastructure services for SLA compliance and reporting. It provides stakeholders with access to the complete array of SLA performance metrics and information in a single dashboard. It provides graphical indicators of current enterprise infrastructure and mission critical applications status, with additional SLA information including target value, actual value, status indicator and currency of data provided.
The application is built around the following core SLA measurement areas:
• Customer Satisfaction - survey results and statistics
• End User Support - service desk performance matrix
• Incident Management
• Disaster Recovery
• Program Management
• Asset Management
The MIP leverages the latest Microsoft business intelligence technologies such as Office SharePoint, Office Suite, and SQL Server to bring enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) reporting capabilities to functional users.
