Application Description
Internal version of the free US Air Carrier Flight Delay dataset available from the Windows Azure Marketplace DataMarket. Consists of narrowed data from On_Time_On_Time_Performance_YYYY_MM.csv files provided for download by the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Bureau of Transportation’s Research and Innovative Technology Administration site. Each month's data consists of about 500,000 rows and also is suitable for uploading to Apache Hadoop for Windows Azure Hive tables.
