Process Simulator is a certified Microsoft application.
Customers can quickly and easily simulate Microsoft Visio flowcharts, value stream maps and workflow diagrams in Process Simulator to predict outcomes in process design, capacity, costs and cycle times. By testing alternatives and applying "what if" scenarios based on real attributes within your organization, you can optimize key performance indicators and maximize success in Six Sigma, LEAN and business process re-engineering engagements.
