- Pros
- The idea. I think the main problem in everyday use of Service Manager, is the lack of real integration with development tools (eg TFS) and with project management tools. This connector compensates in part for this lack.
- Cons
- With this connector your are able to transform any project's task in a change request. But a "change request" is more similar to a project and the tasks are "activities" inside the change request.
- Additional Comments
- My suggestion is to follow what ITIL says about change requests and task.
