If you're in the market for a T&E system and don't want to break the bank, this is the solution for you. I've used many systems over the years and this one packs an impressive punch with a licensing structure that won't cripple the bottom line. Flexible to grow with your organization without sacrifying functionality and in fact has functions that you typically find in the more expensive solutions. Intergrates well with Great Plains and is the perfect user-friendly front-end for those non-accoutning types (just about everyone in the world!). Company is easy to work with which makes the integration a breeze and are willing to include tweaks to fit your needs in later releases.

Pros

It makes Project Management easier for Delivery team. It has a number of features such as resource scheduling, rate cards, budgeting,and many others which make it very useful to the Delivery team. They are able to see the utilization and also track profitability using different parameters. Time and Expense tracking is also available and has very easy to use interface. It is also very user friendly and easy to learn. The set up and installation takes minimal time.

Cons

Some functionality relating to the project accounting such as credit memos and invoicing at a client level could use some improvement.
