proRM - Module for Project Controlling is an extension of the proRM Basic Module.

Our proRM Project Controlling Module gives you the possibility to make your projects measurable and to identify trends and problems in the project early enough to react proactively.
proRM Project Controlling delivers real-time information on all your projects. This helps you to see deviations from the plan and thus take corrective actions.
The most important KPIs like the actual completion of the project or the total Estimate-to-Complete take all employee bookings into account. That way you always receive an exact and realistic estimation for the project status.
Project Controlling is the steering wheel and the early warning system of your project and helps you to react proactively to changes in the project plan before problems occur.
