Pros

SocialFactor is really very easy to install and to explain to users. It's a great oppportunity to enhance the SharePoint MySite with feature already used on public Social Network websites. With SocialFactor on our project website frontpages, project members are able to submit question and follow answers on a map.

Cons

Not able to rely on email on this Online version for the moment... Same features with email support will be fantastic.

Congratulations to Calinda Software team!! You can initiate conversations and respond, follow profiles, transfer comments, show conversations in dynamic visual mapping, and start a chat from Lync This solution is incredible ... easy to use, with many features and easy to work with.

Social Factor sofware is the idea of the year !! By associating and integrating MAIL (with all traçability of exchanges) and Social network properties this software is 5 years in advance regarding the others products which, in fact, cannot be comparable no more. We understand now why Microsoft compagny is always in advance : they know how to choose theirs partnairs !!....

It brings the microblogging capabilities required to animate a corporate social network on Office 365. Very easy and fun to use!

Should be a 1-click buy & deploy! But it only takes 3 minutes to set up, so it's ok.
