Socius Time & Expense is a custom developed tool that interfaces with Microsoft Dynamics GP. This web based application enables your people to access the time and expense system anytime, anywhere online to enter their time quickly and easily.
Socius Time & Expense also features:
- Data integration directly into GP as un-posted batches in Project Time and/or Project Expense
- User Account Management including basic management roles (Administrator and User), that ability for users to set/change their own passwords, and the ability for administrators to create new users and change passwords
- Ability to tie the T&E system with existing customer filtered projects and employee tables
- Data validation based on the interface system
- Time Entry module can be configured so that data can be entered in by each employee, or one employee for many employees
