- Pros
- The fact that you have a one stop shop for representatives with regards to territory management, segmentation of customers, call scheduling and performing as well as on-line order placing. It gives a total overview of the reps activity in the field and is avaialable at all times to the management staff.
- Cons
- It is sometimes difficult to identify bugs in the system which lead to longer development and roll-out times. It should be a lot more easy to customize.
