The Abstract System provides organizations a solution to gather, review and publish abstracts via the internet.
The solution is highly recommended for organizations who are used to plan events (like seminars and congresses) with other participants.
The solution specifically meets the needs of organizations like universities, research institutes or international projects who are used to work and share their experiences and knowledge with other members within a community.
The Abstract System supports the whole process from submission, gathering, reviewing, approving and publishing via the web.
From the moment an event (seminar or congress) is planned, participants (i.e. scientists) can submit their abstract via the system. The abstract represents is a simplified reproduction of a publication (an oral or print).
As soon as an abstract has been submitted, it is ready for review central committee. After being approved, the abstract is ready for final publications.
After the event, all visitors and participants will receive a hard copy of all published abstracts
